Edit: Nevermind, I found the character and added here. 

 

I also added the old version of Bullseye by Doom and O Ilusionista and noticed that the downloads arent working in his website. so I replaced the links with wayback machine ones instead.

Found a version of Rebel I used to have back in 2009. I'm not sure who the author is and/or it is the same as the other version we have here which is also anonymous. Nostalgia aside, the character is pretty bad, Kung Fu Man spriteswap with little tweaks.

Some interesting things I found:

Two older versions of Captain Marvel, made by eSkRo, pretty much bare bones and cheap, but the basis for Acey's version.

And another version of The Russian Killer, this edit made by Boris over the previous one, and for some reason it makes him looks more like Haggar than the first one.
