There was actually another version of Boogerman that was made before yours, Basara. It was made by DrKelexo.

 

Not much is known about this particular Boogerman, but I heard that it was hosted in a Russian MUGEN site sometimes in around 2016, probably the only way to download him at that time. Sadly, unlike his Earthworm Jim, it is offline and unavailable to download at the moment. Here is where I got my information from:

I know about that Boogerman even before making this collection... but apart of being a lost media, it was never officially released, it was a WIP that was never finished and the russian warehouse was a leaked beta/alpha... so even when it's found, it's an unfinished work.

 

The idea of the collection is to provide chars and other stuff for people to download it, and since it's impossible to get, I prefer not to add it here, same case as most of Calamix's Megaman chars he did that never were released because he got them private and his WIPs were cancelled
