Looks pretty cool, where's he originally from?

Descolor doesn't say if the character was inspired by anything in particular (unlike with Outlaw where he specified that he used the generic thug from HnK as a base), so if I had to guess, it's original.

Nah. If you look at the lettering next to the portrait in parenthesis on Descolor's website "(トロイ無双)" it says Troy Musou. Meaning this Achilles is probably meant to be that version of the character (one of his supers is even his Musou attack from Warriors Orochi 3 and he's got his voice from his Musou appearances).

Ah yeah, my bad. I always default to reading the readme file that it didn't occur to me that the game's title is right there inside the parenthesis next to his name.
