Yeah, she is. Also with funny heart shaped ahoge in her head.

a question about AH chars.. why does some chars have this elemental beast or card to choose from.. is it part of the main game?

Yes, they called "arcana", guardian spirits that you can utilize in battle. There was 23 of them. Don't know much too about them lol
