So, this is what I think: I think SS5ACE forgot to do something, either replace or whatever, and the character was never updated, thus ver. 6.1 was never released on accident! I think it is safe to assume version 6.0 is the latest released version of Ace at the moment. Perhaps the same thing happened with Safire at SS5ACE's geocities site. He said Safire was ver. 4, but when you go download Safire, she was actually ver. 3. Either a typo, or the char wasn't really updated and ver. 4 was never released on accident. I was thinking they might not count because they are from some officially released non-fan game, but I don't know what game, and I don't know if that ever happened. Also, Basara said, "(Ryu, Ken Masters, Akuma, Dan Hibiki, etc), so special/modified versions of them won't be included here", so edits like Evil Ken, God Ken, etc, and like Phantom Ryu, God Ryu, etc. don't count here. So, many of the chars you have don't count here like Kung Fu Dan, Grand Master Ryu, Vindicated Ryu, etc. BUT, Basara does have Bou Ken, No Motion Ryu, Violentist Ken in the world, etc. here so.....
