It's a card collecting arcade game themed around insects that's targeted toward young kids. Deluxegamer also has a website and Chuih is also available there. For me to consider a video game character as a sega character they just need to be published by Sega rather than just appearing on a Sega console. I'm not really sure about the specifics there though honestly. In this sense El Viento seems to be Namco related (which is why Annette is in Namco on AK1). You didn't add links for some characters, plus you repeated Nexus Games's Alex Kidd link, maybe you got confused with the SF3 Alex in that folder. Also, I think the MediaFire link for him isn't needed since the link in my site takes to his download link on MediaFire, so the link for my Mugen site is enough for him if someone wants to download him.
