It has a WIP thread on both here and MFG, but it was only given to beta testers and the author stopped working on it when Rice announced he was working on his own version. There's no public version as far as I'm aware, and it would be disrespectful to the creator for any of the beta testers to release her. Project LG said: God knows you shit out characters like a friggin' gumball machine.
