You'll need to give a Mugen snapshot of your character.

 

To upload one, you can press F12 in Mugen, which will take a pic of the current scene. Then, yo have go to a photo uploading site, like Photobucket or TinyPic to upload the picture, and then copy the image.

 

Also, since you made this, you should put this thread in Releases.

 

Anyway, I like original characters. Did he use a template?

From what I've tested and looking at it, it's a palette and voice edit of Scar's MVC Ryu.
