Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Its right at the start of any match, and only 2 of them move, and its 1 on the top and bottom (Left Ones), they both start out in the same positions as the ones on the right i just moved a bit.

Helpers are bugging out.

You can narrow down which helpers are having problems if you check your debug messages.

just include the text file named ai or something like that in the def file: add this line under ST=...:

st1:aibackup.text
