How to convert characters from WinMUGEN?

There are some really good chars from the good old WinMUGEN days,(like Angel Island Sub Boss) and I want to convet them to MUGEN 1.0 and 1.1 but I don't know how to. Can somebody help me?

Usually it's a case of fixing whatever prevents them from running in 1.0; more often than not, it's as a result of using third axis values.

 

Run them in 1.0, see what errors you get and fix them.
