Great version to!

 

I recommend speeding up the walk forward animation. It doesn't match the walking forward velocity speed.

 

Also you should add a startup fxs on the kameha blast shot,

 

The giant spirit bomb looks nothing like the spirit bomb of the show, you should redo it or use something else.

 

 

Also your combos are stellar! I also like the resizing to fit the smaller MvC style sprites. This is the only time I like to see the extreme butoden sprites shrunken down like this.
