Psychic Psycho and Wooly Shambler

I've asked around for these characters for a while now, but nobody seems to help. As you can guess by the title, I am looking for Psychic Psycho and Wild n' Wooly Shambler by Apelao. The links on his website aren't broken, but the keys he provided don't seem to work, and nobody that owns these chars will reupload them. Would anybody be able to reupload them or help with the keys? Thanks.
