i'm thinking of using the KOF13 effects. in all honesty i wanted to make him using KOF13 sprites. but the way aokmaniac ripped them its hard to reorganize them properly.

aokmaniac is a mugen creator on the same site as The_None tohno he made like the best kira for mugen from arcana heart as well.
