I was able to convert this character to 1.0. There are a few visual bugs.

I suggest to upload photos at Imgur, because they won't die of bandwith limitation and you can directly copy-paste images to the board. Better yet, no need to make account,

 

I can't see the images as well, it gives 404 error.

Bugs only appear when converting to Mugen 1.0, to do this I commented all of the code that came up as errors in fighter factory 3. The visual bug i have found is that some of the effects don't disappear after they appear.
