By MASA. A quite obscure choice of stage conversion, i could say. Even though it's just a static layer the scenery is colorful, and pleasing to see.

It was lost for some time, thanks to Meldo for re-uploading this.

 

The stage has a quite big zoom value, as you can see from screenshots above.

whats the resolution on this stage cause for some reason the scaling on degenki bunko lifebars on 1.1 doesn't want to be leveled right on my mugen.

Nope. After all, the zoom aspect is intended to liven up the aesthetic of the stage.

 

I can convert it to 1.0 if you want though.

Sorry to bump an old thread. But would it be possible for you to convert it to the 640x480 resolution? Most of the stages in my 1.1 folder use that resolution.
