This might solve my problem. Also while searching for AI Patches I found this for your Ptan request. http://ux.getuploader.com/mugen009/ranking/monthly/1 I haven't tested them out yet since I'm not collecting street fighters but I'm pretty sure you might find what you're looking for here.
