She gives me this error when I try to use her:

Error in tokisaki_kurumi.cns

I put in the .cns for 1.0, too, so how do I fix this?

It doesn't give error in my end. You have to re-load or re-check if you really replaced the cns file.

for what is each value to set at one or zero and how configure the ai?

I may just try at all the Date A Live characters, if any are crappy, I can talk to a friend and help me code them a bit more to be somewhat more balanced.
