Reason is this character dosn't have a huge snd. file. :-P Alot of times nice characters like these (if the author decides to put alot of sound effects) snd. files are huge compare to the actruel sprites. Usually you could get a good MUGEN character for 2 or 3 megabytes. Then we started getting characters with bigger sound files and flashy hi-res graphics.
