The same author made Littlepip (the main protagonist from some MLP parody of Fallout) A quick google search shows Weegeeisgoingtokillm talking about making a Littlepip character for Mugen which looks VERY similar to this one. A quick search for the author's name only returns the name of a fictitious corporation from the aforementioned Fallout parody, indicating that "Stable-tec" is a psuedonym. Coincidentally, Weegee has used several MLP-related psuedonyms before in order to evade bans, both here and elsewhere. Several youtube videos that were uploaded during the past few days showcasing this Rosalina have had their video comments spammed by Weegee's alternate accounts. Weegee has done this before in the past every time one of his creations appears in a youtube video. Coincidentally, a few days after this very thread was posted, Weegee himself created several new accounts on this forum for the sole purpose of spamming penises and avoiding his previous ban. Less than 24 hours after this thread's title was changed to reflect Weegee's name as the actual author, "Stable-tec" (under the name PrincessoftheGalaxy) announced on MMV his retirement from Mugen. Possibly because he knew he was exposed? After taking all of the above into account, we're pretty confident it's Weegee. That being said, I'm relocking the thread.
