every time i see ronald mcdonald i always want him on my roster so it feels like its taunting me

Colonel Sanders by Peg is my current favorite mod. He's very similar to Ronald McDonald, except his design just feels more clean. Also Colonel Sanders just works so well imo. Now this might just be me, but the only problem with this character is that his hyper inputs feel very sensitive. I'm using a switch pro controller with basic JoyToKey knowledge to play the game. It might also be because I'm used to the handholding input systems newer fighting games present.
