Just get him while he's charging. Author is Josh Geary and this is one of his better characters I guess. I still love stick-men characters so that's why I have him, lmao. Anyways, he also has a cheap mode going against certain cheap characters. He has taken coding and a edited AI. So that's about it. Enjoy.
