Apparently he had a limited Release back in 2006 (not sure way) and i was wondering if any body might of just happen too have him, KEEP in mind the game is not made on mugen , but still am curious if  any body happens too have him, or if he is now a lost character

There was a attempt at a conversion for him into mugen however it was dropped. As for the character itself idk if i can help you there.
