Alexa(?), the plant version of Alex

Hi, I'm looking for a plant-like character that I saw in Salty Bet that appeared to have the name of "Alexa". It was a blue and green plant with one eye that had Alex from Street Fighter 3's voice, as well as some of the same moves as him. It tended to spam one grab a lot. After winning a round, it would also more than likely eat the loser. Does anyone know where I could find this character, or, better yet, does anyone have him? Thanks in advance!

Huh, that's Alien Green from Battle Circuit (most of the files are even still called "green").  But, yeah, uncontrollable, and with Alex's voice and moveset for some reason.  Bizarre.

 

But a nice jumping-off point for a real Alien Green character, maybe.
