Is he source accurate? He was always one of my favorite shotos in gaming.

 

 

Also, on your site, by "Exclusive", does that mean the character is pass protected or something?

He is and isnt haven't really played power instinct so I didn't know what kind of moves he has and that so I just used what I had to make like my own version with the sprites I had. Also when it says Exclusive it means that I haven't released them on any mugen site and I have just released them on my website.
