Yup, we have..but me, I'm only post Naruto chars with NZC style only because NZC style is the only good Naruto chars in mugen. We even have Naruto NZC chars creator here - Alexei. But for now his kinda rest for while on mugen according to Laharl.

I believe that stage comes in the early alpha version of mugen 1.1 before. I don't have it, even I want it too.

You can make them look "normal" by localcoord magic

Like Ryoucchi say, you can resized it perfectly using localcoord. Plus Naruto characters sprite in NZC style is not ugly so when you resized it, it still look good. As you see on my screenshot, I actually resized this Itachi the same height as my Baby Vegeta.

Actually mugen have a normal size Naruto chars, however this type of Naruto chars is always either it has a bad gameplay or ugly sprite.
