For Gabe, I'd try contacting the uploader of that video since he did say he got it from someone and he might want to trade for it or just give it to you.

 

As for Koga, there's one version available for download here but it's different from the one in the video (mainly the hair is Akuma's) and I can't find anything else about that particular version.
