Not really. I mean, his ATB bar fills up quicker than other characters', but he does only have 1 HP. He's more of a joke character if anything, what with Final Gambit and all that :P

What he means with that is that this Shedinja only works with Ryon's Project Catch Them All Pokémon game made with the mugen engine.
