I mean, his ATB bar fills up quicker than other characters', but he does only have 1 HP. What he means with that is that this Shedinja only works with Ryon's Project Catch Them All Pokémon game made with the mugen engine. This signature would not have been possible without the combined efforts of Ryoucchi & Zenesis. All credit goes to them for making this!
