He plays well, slightly OP but T-Hoppy was always OP so that doesn't bother me. Decent AI also which is nice.

T-Hoppy... Because apparently regular Hoppy wasn't ugly enough. I like bunnies most of the time, but not either version of Hoppy.

 

I remember mentioning the poorly ripped sprites before, but here it's blatantly obvious.

Agreed. But he surprisingly plays well. The're are better sprites for creating these chars also.

What is the difference between Hoppy and T-Hoppy, safe the looks? I never played Clay Fighter so excuse my ignorance.

 

And what does the T in T-Hoppy stand for anyway? Terminator Hoppy?

Hoppy in CF2 was a parody of Arnold Schwarzenegger, especifically from Terminator, it's so obvious that the sequel (63 1/3) has a T-Hoppy version XD Also, in history, Hoppy was taken by Dr. kiln and made him a cyborg, but he escaped and now goes for revenge.

 

OMG, those ugly sprites as a CF63 1/3 fan I won't recommend them at all (I played with Kung Pow and was a punch in the younghood )

Yeah the sprites are kinda ugly, BUT hey. They're the first versions we know of for MUGEN, lol

Not that I know of, I don't think hes been made since they're are SNES versions.

I know a guy has him as a WIP, but I don't think he ever complete Blob. At least these ugly chars have their voices ripped, it's something *insert meme here*
