The Jin Kazama made by Sean Altly occupies less than 2 MB (compressed) but is a great character and there is a Matsumoto Rangiku from Bleach made by Cliff-A (I think) that occupies over 8 MB (compressed). The result? She is definitely horrible. Bad animations, bad coding, overpowerd etc...

Dumanios Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 So, how bad is it? EDIT: Pretty bad. The sprites are laughable, and the picture is hilariously bad. I have no idea what he's doing in his Y/B attacks, he's awkward to use, and his super backgrounds are the same things I've seen many times dealing with Wlanfan characters. On the plus side, he's relatively balanced, the sounds aren't too bad, and it was fun to see him get killed by Zexion and Larxene. Definitely video material.
