I may not be new to the M.U.G.E.N community, but I'm kinda new to the creation part of it. I just want to show off some of my sprite works (which are a W.I.P) to see how they are.   (BTW, sorry for HUGE sprites )

I hope they will become good characters.

your sprite from what i have seen could use some

more work especially your edd sprite but other than that they look

kinda decant.

Thanks! I know, I hate my Edd sprite work (like I said, they're in W.I.P in both coding and sprites), but I really like the captain melonhead and the Zombie iori. But yeah, I'm still working on them. But thnx!!

Update on the sprites!!!

I've been a bit busy and lazy, but I got and update on the Captain melonhead sprites. So far, I got the stance and taunt for him (btw, I'm really horrible at animating the sprites... oh god...):

Too stuttery. They need more frames to make them appear more fluid.

 

In all honesty, they look pretty messy and all over the place.

I understand, it's just that this is my official 1st char so yeah... Overall, how do I fix them properly?

First off change those sprites of Captain Melonhead into something better like a PNG. Get rid of those white lines and maybe work a little more harder on the animations, they seem like they can use some more frames I don't know what else to tell you about your work in progress.

Dame...
