Does anyone think of mugen characters out of reference of other types of ch

here me out this is not a request or anything but is anyone thought making characters from specific anime series like mirai nikki, accel world, sword art online etc if so does anyone making them like characters from melty blood, guilty gear, etc

and would be very hard or moderate making them i just want to know ok =D
