You might consider using a different font for the title and select screen

 

Non-animated screen pack is pretty bland and boring

 

Don't get me wrong though, the effort is appreciated, because there are no Megaman screen packs around that I know of

Besides the colorloss, I love it. I'm a huge megaman fan.

It's got a classic style to it. Kinda reminds me of my first attempt to make a screenpack. Colorloss aside, I like the concept. I haven't downloaded another screenpack in a while, but what you have here is something that could be very user friendly. I want to test this further. Oh, and do everything Vibrant says...
