I actually finished him 2 days ago, I didn't release him because I was looking for a free video recording software and video editing software. (I found a recorder and its what I used for the video)

Ryoga plays KOF style. Not exactly KOF like thought.
but he has KOF like moves and effects.

I know, I just saw the picture and what made it funnier was his form was similar to Ali. But hes way too dark and ghetto to be Ali. No offense to anybody. That voice and that skin tone reminds of clubber lang, had to knab Rocky Balboa and put them in a ring to recreate that movie fight. All he needs is to scream your wife needs a real man after he wins

But he isnt Ali. I just used his portrait lol.
He is some random black boxer from a game.

@CoolAnimeHustler so your cool with making Ryoga KOF style? cause I already did some color seperation and got all of his attacks planned out, I just gotta start ripping and code it.

LOL he sounds nothing like Muhammad Ali tho. He reminds me of Clubber Lang from the Rocky movies in how he talks. I hope you guys add more moves to him, he really is a must have. The closest thing to Ali Ive seen except for that one Mike Rogers guy.

I don't think anyone had made Kof style Ranma 1/2 characters for mugen unless you are referring to the ones made by the author: Gouketsu who only made Cologne/Granny and Happosai ( you get them from this collection) which was the only ones that are closely sprited in KOF-style.  :-P
