1. Oh my bad, didn't know the mugenarchive was blacklisted on here. It's cool tho, thanks for letting me now. Hopefully I'll remember to not put links to that website again by the time I do another release!
2. NeoGouki: Wherever you are, I have made an edit of your stage. If you want it taken down, I will do so. But yeah, here's the original stage in SFA2 (Images belong to MobyGames.com and GameFAQs.com respectively): Converted to M.U.G.E.N., especially suited for those who could leap over skyscrapers: [CHARS USED IN SCREENCAPS: Chun-Li (MVC Style) by Whitemagic2002 and Cammy White (XMVSF Style) by Ishi Yama] . . .::. . . Did you know it took (on-and-off) about four months to draw the stage (the extended part) by hand? But it took about a month and a half for me to release it. Watch the vid. See how insane it is.: This stage has five versions, two suited for WinMUGEN, the rest suited for MUGEN 1.0+. What's included in the stage pack (and not shown in the video) is a 'bikeless' version, where there are no people in the stage, and also three 'Music Match' versions here the bikers go faster to the tune of the beat (at the beginning of the themes, not throughout). There are four different themes for this stage. There's the original stage theme, plus an assortment of Chun-Li's themes from the Marvel Vs series. There are also loopable versions for those who use the newer M.U.G.E.N builds that uses the music looping ability. You know how it is with me. Gotta give Special thanks to: Capcom for the graphics Elecbyte for creating M.U.G.E.N VirtualTek for Fighter Factory Cybaster for creating the Complete Stage Creation Tutorial NeoGouki for original stage conversion Vegaz_Parrelli for original stage idea Yoko Shimomura for Chun-Li's Theme from Street Fighter II: The World Warrior (it ain't the first fighting game, but it's the fighting that started it all) Naoshi Mizuta for Chun-Li's Theme from Street Fighter Alpha/Zero and Street Fighter Alpha/Zero 2 (dat athletic outfit) Yuki Iwai and/or Yuko Takehara for Chun-Li's Theme from X-Men vs. Street Fighter (the first true Marvel vs. Capcom crossover) Yuki Iwai and/or Yuko Takehara for Chun-Li's Theme from Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter (the most underrated Marvel vs. Capcom installment that has the best announcer) VidGmr1996 for.....freak this dude, man. always the one that goes last on these lists hand-drawing the background and the foreground (building), yup! Pixel art is hard! But I got it done, somehow! Downloads: mediafire.com mega.nz <Mod Edit: Link Removed> <Mod Edit: Link Removed> OneDrive.com Dropbox.com 4shared.com ---- *Comes with four loopable musics (if you didn't care to read what I said up there). ---- *Comes with five versions (read the first asterisk comment). ---- **EDIT AS OF SEPTEMBER 11th, 2017: Added information and two links!
3. CENOBITE53: I have made an edit of your stage. If you want it taken down, I will do so. But yeah, here's the original stage in Asura Blade (Image belongs to Arcade-Museum.com): Converted to M.U.G.E.N., especially suited for those who could leap over skyscrapers: [CHARS USED IN SCREENCAPS: Ryo Sakazaki (MVC Style) by -Whiplash- and Son Gohan by Kenshiro99 (you can actually find these characters on the Guild!)] . . .:.::.:. . . (Yes, I know that you see the left statue is a pixel off. Ya better ignore it til next update comes) So, anyways I wanted to make this stage for MUGEN when I saw Cenobite had already done so. And at first, this was going to be a simple super jump edit. I had already extended the graphics for the front-most statues in the game, and edited the background for some aerial rave action, but then I went to see if there were any more sprites to rip from Asura Blade for this stage. When I was messing with the cheats to view anymore of the stage, I realized that the MUGEN version was pretty small, although it is still a nice stage conversion. I decided to adjust the stage's graphics and boundaries of the stage to resemble its source game counterpart a bit more, and there you have it! You skipped that, huh? I understand. I see how it is... You want a video? Here it is (bruh, I kno I suck): Like some other release, this one has six goddang versions, three suited for WinMUGEN, the rest suited for MUGEN 1.0+. What's included in the stage pack (and not shown in the video) is a 'Fine Tuned' version where the boundhigh, floortension and tension values have been left untouched, although the stage has been widened, if you don't feeling like fighting around in a stage suited for Super Jumpers. Are there two different themes for this stage? You betcha, one with two variations and the other one having three variations! Some of them utilize MUGEN 1.1's music looping ability, and others are more 'atmospheric.' Okay, here comes the Special thanks to: Fuuki and Capcom for the graphics Elecbyte for creating M.U.G.E.N VirtualTek for Fighter Factory Cybaster for creating the Complete Stage Creation Tutorial Cenobite 53 for original stage conversion Denis-ninja, OldGamer and Abuhachi for the various graphics OldGamer for his animation codes of the graphics borrowed from Deserted Town stage from SamShoV Akihiro Nishida for Chinese Screen Theme from Asura Blade: Sword of Dynasty (if some of you like MvC-style gameplay, but aren't that fond of aerial raves, play this game!) Junya Nakano and/or Yuji Takenouchi for Fall into the Air and Revenge of Ninja 2 themes (I have merged the two musics together) from Mystic Warriors (who the freak composed what track?) VidGmr1996 for.....yeeh hand-drawing the front-most statues, yeah that's right! Pixel art is hard! What else I gotta say? A-ha! Almost forgot--the downloads! mediafire.com mega.nz mugen archive.com OneDrive.com Dropbox.com
4. Been tinkered with and 'countlessly' tested since late February, I bring you my newest stage! [CHARS USED IN SCREENCAPS: Sakura (MVC Style) and Karin (MVC Style) are both by Beximus] And of course, it contains super jump! Quite a challenge to make, considering this stage is my first foray into learning BGCtrls and the like. And the water just LOVED to glitch up. Felt like my brain wanted to EXPLODE See the stage in action (sorry for the crappy FPS) (yo wut): Included in the RAR file are two versions, one for WinM.U.G.E.N., and the other for M.U.G.E.N. 1.0+. There are two different songs, each with four different variations. Certain versions of the tunes accommodates M.U.G.E.N. 1.0+'s ability to loop music, and others contain ocean waves within the music if you want a bit of some atmosphere. Special thanks to: SNK, Brezzasoft, Eolith, SNK Playmore, Noise Factory, Evoga, Capcom and Fuuki for all of the various graphics Elecbyte for creating M.U.G.E.N. and the background/stage documentation Cybaster for creating the Complete Stage Creation Tutorial VirtualTek for Fighter Factory Dark Savior for his animation codes of the graphics borrowed from Deejay's stage from SFA3 Leonardo for his BGCtrl codes for his TMNT stage code, which I used for BGCtrl reference altoiddealer for his BGCtrl codes for his rollerskating stage code, which I used for BGCtrl reference RYO2005, Cenobite53, ELECTRO, tea, Caddie, Dark Savior, Phirmost, DonRamon, Matmut, reginukem, Namu ami Dabutu and Span for all of the various graphics Nick's Font for the Grenadier font, used for a blimp graphic Hikoshi Hashimoto for Stage 2-1 theme from A.B. Cop (and thanks to Aicom for making that fun arcade game!) Hiroshi Kawaguchi for Magical Sound Shower track and ocean wave noises from OutRun (shout outs to Sega for making a classic!). Also give thanks to Valley Bell and ctr for the extended edit of theme used for the stage (you can find it on vgmrips.net) VidGmr1996 for....nah man, wait Now that you skipped got to this point, here's the links: mediafire.com mega.nz <Mod edit: Blacklisted link removed> OneDrive.com Dropbox.com ---- *Comes with two loopable musics (if you didn't care to read what I said up there). ---- *Comes with two versions (read the first asterisk comment). ---- **EDIT AS OF JULY 4th, 2017 (USA! USA--oh): Updated the showcasing video with a much smoother one (and now it can be viewed in-forum!). ***EDIT AS ON THE SAME DAY: Added two more download links!
5. (Decadent) Stadium . . . from Gundam Battle Assault I was looking for screenshots of the source game for this background, and soon found out that Cenobite53 made the stage several years ago. But whatever, the more the merrier, I guess? Here's the Stadium stage from Gundam Battle Assault (images belong to Hardcore Gaming 101 and JEUXVIDEO.COM respectively): Converted and edited into M.U.G.E.N., with Super Jump compatibility! [CHARS USED IN SCREENCAPS: Kusanagi by Ikaruga and Ultimate K9999 by lucas 9999 (you can actually find this character on the Guild!)] Here it is in its glory, as I was in a bit of an Akira mood (SNK fans will get this from the screenshots of course, hahaha!). And yes, for those of you aware of the names of stages, it was originally called 'Stadium', but I renamed it as 'Decadent Stadium' to help make it stand out (especially if you have another stage already called that!). The video, as always. Two actually. You're lucky to have them (I think). I know Syo's in one of them rather than Kusanagi, but his AI kinda balanced out Ultimate K9999's own (and so did True K'): There's at least six different variations of this stage (including the WinM.U.G.E.N./M.U.G.E.N. 1.1B1 versions). I included the 'Original' variation (the WinM.U.G.E.N. compatible one) of the stage is the one showcased in the above screenshots. There's also two different themes for the stage, one that's 'traditional', and the other one that's more 'atmospheric' (think KOF '97). As an extra tidbit nobody will care about, certain versions of the stage have down-scaled sprites from the Modern Era stage (from World Heroes Perfect) I made a while back. The second extra tidbit and the shortest of them all: If the stages are played in WinM.U.G.E.N., the character's shadows will have a teal tinge to them. Third extra tidbit: I do have two unreleased variations of this stage, which I attempted to use parallax coding for the floor. Outcome came out fine, but still not the way I wanted it. Let me know if you guys want it, I'll upload an updated release with them included (and possibly 'fixed-up' as well). Special thanks to: Natsume for creating the stage Elecbyte for creating M.U.G.E.N. VirtualTek for Fighter Factory Richard Lockard for his parallax code for the background, which I used for the sky NeoGouki for foreground sprite (which I edited) RYO2005 for static screen sprites (which I edited); and the small crowds & bus graphics (which I edited) Naofumi Hataya or Tatsuyuki Maeda for Cursed City theme from Golden Axe III (one of those guys composed it, don't know who!) Shinsekai Gakkyoku Zatsugidan for Jewel of Light and Couple tracks from Fatal Fury 3 and KOF'97, respectively Maxim for ripping Stadium sprites VidGmr1996 for....oh shoot. Alright, I know you want that stage, though. Here's the links: mediafire.com mega.nz <Mod edit: Blacklisted link removed> ---- *Comes with two loopable music (if you didn't want to read the recommendation essay I have up there). ---- *Comes with six versions (read the first asterisk comment). --- **EDIT AS OF 3/11/2017: FIXED THE MUGENARCHIVE LINK. MY BAD.
6. Thanks, and no problem, gui!
