Ive seen a mugen where before certain fights, a mp4 plays a mini movie for that one fight. How can this be recreated in a custom game? And is there a way to just use storyboards for this too>?

Youre pumping out alot of stages, but work on animating them better and giving them more parallax and unique elements. Have plants in the foreground, moving trees and waterfalls in the back, have people and animals in there. Look at the stages from X-Men COTA for inspiration. And check out stages by Vegaz Parelli for inspiration.

This too. All in all, when it comes to demonic looking characters, Surtur should be the gouki killer with tons of hellish attacks, hulk type power ups, and like superman on crack.

Then youre messing with the wrong people. I found characters I thought were only in trade. Till I found out Ryoucchi and gui007 had the same characters, and just gave them to me when I asked. Mugen shouldnt be that way, we share everything and try to improve everything so we all get our dream game. You included, man. Ask for anything, you should get it.

He should be a little bigger, and be much tougher. He needs super armor, sword relfector special that can reflect everything, Juggernaut's power up hyper, demon hyper from Blackheart, space punch hyper from Superman, and everything hell related from Scorpion. People dont understand Surtur, legitimately he could end Superman without going to his peak. Just end him, and probably would pee on him. Hes beat Thors ass up and down, and hes just a gouki ender. Hes also important to religious history when Rome pushed religion on Europe...but that could be a discussion thats inflammatory so nah.

We dont do that anymore. It never ends well, and it keeps the community small and full of teasers (people who love to show, but will never release, like tomcsi). Share what you have, ask for what you want. We all win.

Yeah dude, read the books before 2005 and watch the 90s animated version, they are very heavy and uncensored with things. Wolverines on his knees praying in a Christian church, Apocalypse makes references to meeting Biblical people, Northstar is openly gay, Beast is in a interracial relationship but because shes human, Storm is a sex symbol but she values her virgin like status, Rogue may have been raped, humans call the brotherhood terrorists but the brotherhood protects mutants, a mutant gets lynched and hung in New York, they try to lynch Wolverine, Nightcrawler is all about the Bible and shows it off, people who help mutants are called "Mutie lovers", there is a N-word for mutants called "Mutie", white human police beat mutants to death in riots like the spanish zoot suit riots, mutants are segregated, Sabretooth had a abusive childhood and thinks mutants can never get ahead because of the "human man", Wolverine and Sabretooth can get really racist against human beings, Reagan's face is used alot on the most evil and murderous characters, and I dont think any X-Man is under the age of 25 except for Jubilee whos 16... Thats what he did in the books, he drinks your energy, so all his hypers should damage the powerbar too and some of his supers should drain the powerbar and fill his own. If I knew how to put the code in where all his psychic attacks drink powerbar, I would. Sprites need to be cleaned up some more, his pals should be fixed because his skin color is orange, and IMO some more of his more intense quotes should be used. He is a bigot against mankind.

There's a mildly okay version of Leonidas I got from a collection. He needs work though. He's mostly a edit of Diokles, but still hes a Leonidas you can have fun with.
