Super Training shouldn't be used as a permanent replacement for vitamins, as they both accomplish the same thing. 10 vitamins is 100 EVs, which reduces your super training workload for that stat to 152 EVs (or 13 Level 3 super training regiments), plus, Vitamins are dirt cheap with the bargain O-power at max level.

The important thing (which I think Noob's starting to understand) is that when you lose, to understand why you lost. Best method imo, which was originally posted on Smogon iirc, was that when you build a team and battle with it, record each of your battles and delete only the ones where you win, keeping the vids of your losses. Once you get around 10 losses, start watching each of those videos and study them to get a better understanding of why you lost, and will be easier to spot mistakes. At this point you'll then be able to decide if you need to work on your prediction or if you need to tweak your team/movesets. Prediction is key, but that's something else entirely.

Ground types can still be poisoned. Burning and/or Pokes with high physical defense are usually the way to go against Garchomp, even against the Mega form although you still have to be careful of its increased offensive potential. Ice attacks, typically Ice Shard, is also the way to go if you plan on scoring a KO on a weakened (Mega)Garchomp or at least force it to switch out, and one of the reasons why Mammoswine is still such a good Pokemon aside from being one of the few Ice types that doesn't get neutered by Stealth Rock and being neutral to Fire and resisting Ice if running a Thick Fat variant (although the buff to Oblivious makes it a worthy contender, making him an even better Stealth Rock setter now that Oblivious blocks Taunt)

All calculations assume MegaLatias with full health with Multiscale active, Scizor with Technician, and Azumarill with Huge Power, both at level 100 with max IVs in all stats.

Yeah, MegaLatias is still gonna run from Scizor and Azumarill, even with the Multiscale. Still a frightening Pokemon though.

So Smealum leaked some information regarding MegaLatios and MegaLatias:

    MegaLatios: Dragon/Psychic w/ Adaptability
    80/80/110/180/110/140

    MegaLatias: Dragon/Fairy w/ Multiscale
    80/80/110/110/180/140

    http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/latios-and-latias.3493226/

    Holy fucking shit...

For the record, Draco Meteor from max investment MegaLatios hits Blissey for 55% damage minimum, and its Psyshock hits x1.1 as hard as MegaMewtwo Y's Psystrike with identical investment.

Only 5 moves are affected by Mega Launcher: Water Pulse, Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, and Heal Pulse (heals 75% instead of 50%).

So no, Ice Beam is not affected, but considering how many dragon-types are 4x weak to Ice there are, its usually considered the superior option of M.Launcher Dragon Pulse:

252 SpAtk Modest MegaBlastoise MegaLauncher Dragon Pulse vs 252 HP / 252 SpDef Multiscale Dragonite:
125~148 (32.38%~38.34%) (Guaranteed 2HKO) 252 SpAtk Modest MegaBlastoise Ice Beam vs 252 HP / 252 SpDef Multiscale Dragonite:
180~212 (46.63%~54.92%) (Guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock)
The only dragons present that Dragon Pulse is going to outdamage Ice Beam on are Goodra, whose special defense is so massive that you have no business keeping Blastoise in, Hydreigon, who's easily taken care of by Aura Sphere and Fairies, and Kingdra. For this reason, most MegaBlastoise run either Ice Beam for Dragons or Aura Sphere for Ferrothorn. I have yet to see one that actually uses Dragon Pulse.

Celebi's been a decent OU Pokemon for the past 3 generations straight, though, even with its typing.

Anyways, just gonna post this little tourney idea for anyone whose interested:

    Hoenn Conformed
Only Pokemon evolution lines belonging to National Pokedex #s 252-386 are allowed 4v4 Doubles Format, with best 2 out of 3 battles determining the winner Single Elimination Tournament with 8 people (may increase to 16 if enough are interested) Participants will be required to post battle video codes to confirm their wins/losses Only Pokemon and movesets/items that are natively available in-game in Pokemon X & Y and Friend Safari are allowed, meaning anything from Pokemon Bank or Events are not allowed. Sleep Clause will be in effect The ability Moody is banned The move Dark Void is banned (nothing that's allowed learns it anyway, so hah) Duplicate Items are allowed Winner will receive a 5 IV Pokemon of their choice, as long as said Pokemon can be bred. Just for reference, here is the list of Pokemon that will be allowed. Bold will indicate Pokemon with a Mega Evolution while Italics indicate a Pokemon that is allowed due to being part of an evolutionary line native to Hoenn:
Mightyena Linoone Beautifly Dustox Ludicolo Shiftry Swellow Pelipper Gardevoir Gallade Masquerain Breloom Ninjask Shedinja Exploud Hariyama Azumarill Probopass Delcatty Sableye Mawile Aggron Medicham Manectric Plusle Minun Volbeat Illumise Roserade Swalot Sharpedo Wailord Camerupt Torkoal Grumpig Spinda Flygon Cacturne Altaria Zangoose Seviper Lunatone Solrock Whiscash Crawdaunt Cradily Armaldo Keckleon Banette Dusknoir Tropius Chimecho Absol Wobbuffet Glalie Froslass Huntail Gorebyss Relicanth Luvdisc Salamence Metagross

Since you're asking, yes, Pokerus can spread. Just have the pokemon in your party and battle (you don't have to use the contagious Pokemon in battle). After a few battles, you should start to notice your other party members beginning to become infected. The more contagious Pokemon you have, the faster it spreads.

Just keep in mind that after a Pokemon becomes infected with Pokerus, that it will automatically be cured after 1 or 2 days beginning on midnight. It will still gain the effects of Pokerus (double EVs), it just wont be able to infect other Pokemon with it. However, if a contagious Pokemon remains in the PC, it will never cure itself as long as you keep it there, so you can use that to infect more Pokemon at a later time.

Oh and for anyone else who doesn't already know, Pokerus DOES stack with Macho Brace and the power items (Pokerus + Macho Brace = x4 EVs instead of x2). Unfortunately, it does not stack with Super Training, just tested it.

I prefer referring to the two pokerus states as "contagious" and "cured", make the most sense imo.

Anyway, just got a bunch of max IV dittos from gts, managed to breed myself two near flawless Larvitars in less than 3 hours. Breeding was made so much less time consuming this gen.

May end up doing Rotom or Skarmory next.

Stance Hitbox looks too large Width doesnt match the idle hitbox, causing jittering when walking into p2 misaligned hitsparks default mugen hitsparks and sounds as well 5c is +7 on block AND knocks down on hit 2c is +11 on block 2c can juggle into itself Why does 236a juggle the opponent after they defrost? AI cannot detect 236a from more than half-screen away 236b is +27 on hit with 72 damage, and +10 on block with 24 chip damage no back throw? 236a -> 236b is an infinite in the corner. Chill spike causes p2 to be stuck in a blockstate if they stand near it Ice Rocket is also a corner infinite if timed right. Its also +8 on block in corner. Why do her supers use X, Y, and Z when none of those buttons are used for anything else 236x is +82 on hit and +67 on block The recovery of all versions of Rising Knee can be cancelled by any air move All versions of Rising Knee are -12 on block. Super Freeze is 8 frame startup with +20 on block and does 81 chip damage (compared to 240 damage on hit), not to mention shes also completely invulnerable during the active frames. The move is way too safe.
