Those characters should go to this collection instead: Nijikaku was made by 2chan but those characters aren't from it. I remember uploading them on MA a long time ago so those links will be useful.

Pre-to's OC's are definitely inspired by Touhou chars, but she's original.

In Mugen he attacks using said speech exclamations and causes trucks and tractors to damage everyone when the Genbaneko head on the top left of the screen turns red, making him a tricky character to fight as effectively.

I missed when this site was much livelier too a couple years ago but there just isn't as much socializing and other users being gone sadly.

I think she's also Win Mugen only, seems like a real cheap null boss character.
