Lilith gave a silent nod to confirm she understood before heading off to the cabins.

After a brief moment, she had arrived and knocked on their assigned room.

"Are you there, Penelope? Are you ok?"

"Lucent went above to take care of what was left."

She crossed her arms

"I'm headed to the cabins. I want to make sure none of those pirates headed there and check up on Penny. I assume you'll be helping out your master, Umbra."

She looked toward Jin

"You can go with him if you want, although unless those bastards have another ace up their sleeve, our group should have taken cared of them by now."

After saying this, Lilith dropped down.

She began to approach the hole created earlier.

"We should make sure Umbra is ok."

Jin began to shoot fireballs at the pirates. Three of them were hit, but the remaining six kept advancing

"They aren't a threat, but keep your head on, kid."

Lilith summoned more orbs near her before firing them off toward the pirate group again.

Lucent casted Boon of Swiftness on Umbra, raising his movement and attack speed. With the granted buff, Umbra leaped thrice before reaching Rufus once more as Lucent left to help Lilith and Jin

Lilith noticed Lucent approaching them as she note notes that Umbra had taken over in fighting Rufus.

"Lucent, get back and focus on their boss, we can take care of the small fry."

He readied himself by lowering his center of gravity and opened his chest which revealed a working blue reactor. He charged for a while, forming a growing blue bolt, before launching it diagonally upwards at the ceiling of the floor, which created a hole and revealed the floor above. Anyone who was standing there should fall down through the hole.

Lilith was taken by surprise at the sudden beam being shot out of the floor

"Wh-? Are they shooting the ship down?"

The shot whizzed past Lilith, as she began to get out of her hiding spot. With Jin and Lucent keeping the pirates busy for the moment, she began to approach them.

(Lucent can handle him, I got to help the kid out.)

Lilith created a set of orbs and proceeded to launch them toward the pirates surrounding Jin as she began to run toward them.

Lilith continued her path toward the top deck. She spotted Penelope running toward the cabins.

("Looks like she's heading for the cabin room. It's her best option.")

She quickly resumed heading toward the upper decks. Well...until she decided to change plans once she began to hear a group of footsteps beginning to descend. She quickly turned around and began to look for a nearby place to hide deciding on a nearby out of sight corner.

("I need to know what we're dealing with before I decide what to do.")

This is what we in the industry call a filler video

The order for all guests to head to their rooms was issued and the sound of all the rooms being locked confirmed that they were doing exactly just that. 

("I should do the same, but....I get the feeling the group I'm with will want to be heroes.")

She thinks that, knowing full well she also wants to get involved. If this was an attack, the possibility that it may be too much for the ship's guards was worth considering.

("The others were in the top deck. I should start heading there and see if I regroup")

She peaked around, beginning to move toward the top deck.

("The ship's guards won't know my intentions. It'll be a problem if I get caught by them now.")

Rather than join the others on the deck, Lilith decided to sightsee around the ship.

("To be so close to my destination, I'm feeling rather anxious")

Suddenly, the ship abruptly slowed down to a stop. Lilith rebalanced herself to keep herself from falling. She then let out a sigh.

("Hopefully, it's nothing serious...")

I would ditch the additional requirements beyond the number of creations.

(...I guess this is karmic retribution...)

Though she never intended to go against Lucent, this ability of his gave her even more reason to not consider that option, although in this case, the situation was rather amusing considering not too long ago Umbra was the one putting Lucent into an embarassing situation.

"4 hours. Understood. I'll just be wandering around and seeing if I can find something to pass the time with. I have nothing else to ask unless there's something I should know about first."

Lilith looked around wondering if Lucent intentionally liked to pick glamorous places like this. She wasn't as interested in staying in the cabin as the group just got out of a hotel not too long ago, so she would most likely wander around during the trip.

"Anwalt, you wouldn't happen to know how long will it take to get there, would you?"

Lilith placed her bag in the tray as she underwent the security check. While she understood why Umbra did what he did, she couldn't agree with the method he chose to do so. The experience did point out to her how troublesome it was to get along with the others. Although it was very likely they will go their separate ways once they met with Darkflare, nonetheless it wouldn't hurt to at least try to get along with them better. The only problem would be towards Melina as she sensed she was particularly hostile toward her. That's fine, she wasn't fond of her narcissistic attitude anyway.

Once she was cleared, she grabbed her belongings and boarded inside.

Lilith joined with the others in the boarding area. She had her own thoughts regarding what was going on but decided to keep them to herself.

Her purchase done Lilith headed back to regroup with the others.

"Oi oi, it's surprising noone has called you out for being so noisy."

Lilith reached into her pockets and pulled out the money, counting them before handing it over.

"That should be the correct amount if I counted it right."

"I won't be long."

The ship being much earlier on schedule meant they wouldn't be able to explore a little longer. With that in mind, Lilith took one of the bags and waited for her turn at the counter.

If MA didn't need shilling, you wouldn't be kissing their asses every post you make.

Melina pointed to a rack with bags hanging from it. They were a nice size and looked to made of cotton and nylon. Melina addresses Lilith, Raina and Penny...

 

We still got a little time. Look around. When you're ready just see the clerk up front...

 

Melina continues to casually browse the store.

"Well that's convenient."

Lilith went to have a look at the bags.

"These aren't bad, but I may need something a little bigger."

She didn't take very long to snatch up several of the hoodie...dresses? Hoodies? Whatever they were, she took up a few of them and started to lug them around. They were all hers, and nobody else would get them!

"Penelope.... don't you think you should get something so you don't have to carry around your things in your hands?"

("Their servant seems to be particularly loyal to them....I kinda feel somewhat nostalgic seeing this.")
