According to what I belief, this is not possible to do at all. Even if it is by changing and adding specific codes to every single character you want to make clash compatible, I think this is honestly not worth the trouble.

What is the source of that Senran Kagura Anime gif, Shirokino? I've watched all 12 episodes plus the Special Mini OVA's but I do not remember seeing that happen in any of them.
