Would you go Indie or AAA? In any case, I hope you'll manage to do what you have always been dreaming about. The easiest way to do it is to open their CNS file and lower their attack values. The hardest way is to open them up in FF and lower the damage for each move they do.

This Rugal is special because he has an Advanced and Ultimate Mode which both grant him super armor and perhaps even other things. As to be expected of a Rugal, his AI is brutal and top-notch. Comes with all the moves you'd expect from Rugal Bernstein and 6 palettes. The 1st to 6th palette are his normal mode, 7th to 11th palette feature his Advanced Mode and to close the line, he has a 12th palette which is his only palette to feature Ultimate Mode. A highly recommendable download!

Here are some more custom screenshots, for all those who want to know more about what they'll get if they download this character : [Personal Comment] A really simple character, as the name implies. In other words, you get exactly what's on the tin by downloading this. Aside from the fact it's attacks are quite slow to perform (so don't expect to pull off anything bigger than a 5 hit combo with this character) , it comes with 4 palettes, 3 special moves and 1 super move. The AI itself for this character is tougher than you'd imagine as it can stand it's ground well against non-stickman characters.

I can't believe how oblivious I can be at times, I saw some screenshots of this guy somewhere else and instantly had a desire to obtain him. Not only does it turn out that I have him already but also that my friend Remzy has shared him here for all to enjoy! The only thing I can say now is :

I agree with Genesis & Astral, if the Deviant theme could get some fixes like : 1) no black text; 2) different colored buttons so you can see all of them; 3) fixing the spacing and the toolbox like Ryoucchi said; 4) and if you quote somebody while using the Deviant theme, make sure you can clearly see the field around the quote like with the IP.Board theme. Then I can definately see myself using the Deviant theme too alongside the IP Board one!
