Hoopa is not officially released yet but I believe that probly the hole plan that Nintendo/Gamefreak had in-store for since Pokemon X/Y and Omega-R/S can connect via "Poke-Bank" and Trade. Though As Ricepigeon posted about, the compatibility of these game could be limited for new megas and new moves unless (as I said before) they are planning on doing so for the next version" Pokemon Z".

Hmm.. it looks like All Primal- forms of Hoenns Legendaries are getting aboost on their defence stat.. :-P I see what you mean by them being sweepers... Looking at the stat form-change statistics make me learn more about how those type of pokemon can be either Uber or OU.

Mostly characters that are used by people online are mostly speedy(Fox, Lucina) and counter-measure(Peach, Palutena, Marth and few others) and plus high K.O. characters (Ganon, Lil-Mac) are mostly the threats i encounter. Some cases I do win (because sometimes I luck out getting the "Smash-ball" :-P)

What the.... Ok don't give me wrong I do like some of the mega-forms of pokemon but some of them just... weird looking.
