Not sure if anyone was wondering (or cares, not even I do), but I'm Endercreeper9999 from the Mugen database. I was going to post about this update there, but thought it would've been better to post it here first.

Due to recent events we have realized feedback is a horrible thing and is no longer allowed. Why you ask? It hurts peoples feelings. We as staff believe its time for this to stop. From now on only tell a creator they did a good job. Feedback only upsets ppl and we do not want that. So from now on keep problems with a creation to yourself and only tell them they did a good job. Failure to follow this will not be tolerated thank you.

everytime they update the board which is actually rather frequently.
it would revert any changes we make.

ill admit i have accidentally upped my own rep, but ive also in the same respect accidentally hit  negative when i meant to hit positive, so i dont think everyone is a cereal upper lol ... i think i just made up a term ,

Honestly, I would be a bit more liberal about signatures, leave specific dimensions out of it. It'll be kind of redundant to hit everybody who has 100 extra pixels on either width or length. It's obvious when someone has a signature too large.
 
Also signatures are a good way for people to advertise their stuff without there being a lot of different threads cluttering the forum pertaining to someone's mugen webpage and the possibility of people;s topics being pushed back off the first few pages and fading into obscurity.

If I had to guess, it's probably because people for whatever reason feel the need to have signatures that are literally desktop wallpapers and it's really annoying to look through multiple posts when there's a person with a Godzilla-sized signature. 

Trust me. They're far from accurate.

I have to say that out of all of these characters, Larvitar is the most OP. High defense, high HP, and strong moves. That, and his super builds up really fast.
Almost forgot to mention these were made by Liero116. Oh, and they can only attack each other. All other characters not from Pokemon GT can attack them, but cannot be attacked by them. Hopefully someone fixes that, because I would love to be able to use them. (I have no MUGEN coding knowledge at the moment, so I'm pretty useless when it comes to that.)
