is there any coding for stage so that i can make any picture(strip of course) to be floor on which any player can stand ..... in simple word, is it possible to create a stage with multiple floor (in mugen 1.1 / mugen 1.0) ?

i am very very new to mugen stages , i created a stage (http://sdrv.ms/1dhEZWB) named "x ki stage", i want to add rain followed by lightening to it i don't want to know how to do it, just do and give me the result plz..... this stage is for mugen 1.1

i have a lifebar named hl3 (http://sdrv.ms/1cwjxPc) the problem is that i cant scale it for 640 x 480 or what ever it is . plz do help me to scale and another problem is if i press any action button (A, B, C, X ,Y,Z) before ready then game do not work plz... help me out
