She's from some VN I forgot. I think Kanon. But the sprites are from Eternal Fighter Zero.

Pretty much. The standard sprite style for Tales characters is from a GBA game. (Tales of the World Narikiri Dungeon 3)

Palette selection in select screen. More flexibility of what you can do with SPs (GGXX and MBAA for example). Ability to use more than 1 portrait for a character at a time. Interactive lifebars. Ability to add sounds to stages. Flexible lifebars that can adjust to any localcoord. (I would say SPs as well but they would probably look ugly on different localcoords)

I honestly prefer the NGBC look for Robert. But everyone has their own preferences.

The moment I saw the author name, I figured something would be off about the character. I was right. It's almost a sprite swap of Akatsuki from Akatsuki Blitzkampf. At least I can use the sff/air for my own needs.

New Ryougi yes. OR...? The HUD looks like UNiB, but I could be wrong, so... EDIT - Ok so after testing her out, I think she is actually supposed to be based on UNiB but with a few changes. So keeping this one.
