Barai's Sakuya hasn't got sleeves~ I double-checked. Deretun's Sakuya also has no Sleeves~

Yeah, she has normal outfit. The standard meido outfit of 10.5 Barai's Sakuya has pantsu! Meiling has no pantsu...

Last time I checked, it was by Gu. I checked maybe a month ago? Deretun's has the pantsu, right? Anyway, Barai's Meiling doesn't have pantsu. So maybe, Sakuya having pantsu is fine to me. Plus, 12.3! She's easy to use, like Mima and Yuyuko. Or, you know, just add another link beside the Sakuya in the TH06 section. Or add another link beside the Sakuya in the alternate outfits section. I recommend the first option.

My opinion is Reisen by Mikage, and Tewi by nns/KON Because I like 12.3/10.5/7.5 controls

Please replace Sakuya by Gu to Sakuya by Barai. It's more, um, cooler, since it's 12.3 and you don't have to edit stuff.
