How do you use 7.5 characters? The declaration, I mean? Because when I declare my spell card, it's always the first (1st Spell) spell card that's chosen, not the second (Subterreanean Sun)

Well, those are the ONLY Touhou Lifebars that are compatible with 1.0. The ones that are compatible with WinMugen just shrinks at the upper-left corner when put in 1.0. Yes, I think? Here is the link to the banner: Walfas Flandre Flandre used a Phlogistinator and Pyro's Rainblower from TF2 (Personally, I don't know TF2 ^^;)

Welcome to my own MUGEN game, Touhou All-Stars! This is my first Touhou MUGEN game. Made from the MUGEN 1.1 Beta 1 Patch 1 Engine.
