    For whatever reason, the link for koyu@TWINT's Tohoku Kiritan wasn't working for me. Turns out the author has a note on their blog mentioning that the onedrive has some issues and won't work for everyone. I think it might have to do with whether or not you're logged in to Microsoft Live? Anyways, this is a different version of the onedrive link that will work even if you're not logged in to Microsoft Live.
