The one you have seems to have some slightly altered sprites, which were done by an unknown editor in 2007. Not the one that looks like it has the same stance as this one, but the first one after that Firestorm character. It was pretty infamous for being one of those cheap characters out there, as if it contains two supers, though one of them becomes an easy infinite.
 
And in case if you didn't know, Erradicator actually first made the Flash by taking the sprites from the Genesis version of Justice League: Task Force, back in 2003 or so. Here's where I got my evidence from:

Unfortunately, it is unavailable to download, and I've seen it in many old MUGEN rosters, though I never got my chance to see an actual video of it.
 
Oh, and that other Flash with the sprites taken from the SNES version of Justice League: Task Force by "Unsigned" is made by FirePunk, despite that he didn't make a Readme for it, unlike his Batman.
 
That Raven in the "Other crap" section was actually made by joy games, I think.

Speaking of some other stuff that have been offline for a long time, what about these following characters?:
 
Batman by Shamrock. In case if you didn't know this already, it actually uses the same sprites as Cybaster's version, except that it's a spriteswap of P.O.T.S's Charlie Nash, even it still has some voice bits from that character.
Azrael by Team Spoiler. Probably the first version of Azrael for MUGEN. Uses MarVEL_MAN's Iron Man as a base.
Etrigan by an unknown creator. The first version of Etrigan for MUGEN, before it was later edited by Marvelvsdcu. 
That Guy Gardner you were talking about earlier was made by Erradicator, ToF, GMSpectre, SLotman, and JasonTodd. I think I have seen an archived link for that character before and what it looks like, based on what you just described.
Robin by blackcat_natsume. This can be seen in this video:
If I remember correctly, its sprites were taken from a game based on the 2003 Teen Titans cartoon, but they were poorly ripped.
 
It would be great if anyone could find a DL link for one of these characters mentioned above.

The one you have has been edited and dubbed as "Super Ironman" by MICROmor, who also made Super Cyclops. Not sure if this gets either the Hydra symbol, like its edited version, or marked as unfinished, like that Meltdown character, since this version of this character is in a very early stage. I'll let you decide, after that you're done seeing it.
 
There are a couple of mistakes that you might want to correct:
1. The first Mysterio was made by wemersonftj. It is a spriteswap of that Superman Black character, who is already a spriteswap of MarVEL_MAN's aforementioned version of Iron Man. It was first released in this thread:

Don't get fooled by the filenames, because this isn't the Justice from Guilty Gear that we're talking about in this thread. Has some palette problems with its sprites, but I have already managed to fix them. 😃

Duke Nukem by Wing Syo. Original, unedited version. The one you have is an edit of Wing Syo's Duke done by Juan Carlos, which seems to be a bit more common outside of Chinese speaking MUGEN sites. It can be found here:

I never really knew that Wing Syo made this character until just about a week ago. I always thought that Juan Carlos made it, but boy, it seems like I was wrong. But still, I wanted to refer this character as one of his "creations".

Well, not anymore, because this character has already been saved by me. Now, if anyone is asking me this question: Where did I get it? Well, I got it from an old Latin American MUGEN compilation from 2006. And in case if you didn't know, TheCraftyTitan was actually the editor who only replaced Duke's "silly and goofy" voice with his real and serious one and removed the ISM system from the bottom corner entirely, probably to make him more faithful to the source material that he originates from, as well as giving him four extra palettes, so that guy isn't involved in the making of the original 1.4 version until that he later edited this character by everything that I just mentioned above.
Note: I had to edit the .def file a bit, because when selecting the char with its third palette, it leads to its fourth palette instead.

Found this from an old Italian MUGEN site called "Danger Mugen" via the Wayback Machine. No sound file has been implented yet, but it later comes with one a year later. It's not as good as the latest version that you currently have, or Kal-Elvis & Friends' update, or any edited versions that the character would later get, but it's here if you want to add it to this collection.

A pretty old (and hard-to-find) version of Shadow from Sonic Battle, dating back to 2005. Cheap, as if it can continuously heal so it can prevent from having a low health bracket. It also comes with two unique palettes, one of them is Super Shadow and the other is Dark (?) Shadow, as well as having a Japanese voicepack, predating ABAB's version several years later. I tested it on MUGEN 1.0, and it works surprisingly well.
 
Shadow by Sion184 & Ssonic. Unavailable to download. I think this is the first version of Shadow for MUGEN. Extremely rare char. Found it from a Japanese MUGEN site via the Wayback Machine. Appears to be an edit (or at least a paletteswap) of Ssonic's Super Sonic. A picture of Shadow by Sion184 & Ssonic below:

Possibly the first Dr. Eggman/Dr. Robotnik made for MUGEN. Sadly, it has no sound file, considering that this is the only copy of the character that I could find at this moment. I don't know if the author himself really made the sound file for it, but still.
 
Just a couple minor corrections, but that Super Sonic by an unknown creator is actually Ssonic's previous version of the character, which has been frequently used in most videos about it. The same thing goes to that Werehog char (I think it was made by sc1614, but I'm not sure though).

Converted for newer versions of MUGEN. It's mostly the same as ThEOnE's version, but the gameplay is a little different. I can't be sure if OverMind and ThEOnE are the same person, but I'll let you decide and/or compare between the two versions of this character.

Electrocaid also says the author of Evil Zangief is KoYoTae, but at ryustemple.net, they say the author is unknown, so perhaps some unknown editor edited Koyotae's Zangief to Evil Zangief.
 
I think I've seen KoYoTae's old site, but it wasn't archived I think, based on my memory. I'll have to retrace my steps again.

Well, before that I changed the .def file from the character just a bit, its original date was 5/11/2002, which I'm pretty sure it was already modified. It might be hosted in some old site (I don't have any info on what the name of that site is. If anyone knows what it's called, thank you) and it was originally hosted on either Infiinma's site or the MUGEN forum "MUGEN Being".

I don't know if you're going to add this version of Spider-Man or not, but you can mark it as unfinished, once that you're done taking a look at it.
 

Homem Aranha (Yep, that's his actual name and displayname) by [CZ]Seiya. A pretty low-quality version of Spider-Man that appears to have some poorly ripped sprites, in addition to some bloated stats. Looks like a spriteswap of a certain DBZ character, judging by its death cry. I'm not too sure though.

According to the Readme, it says that the character is 100% done, but I think it is so poorly rushed that it needs a lot of work to be done, especially with the spritework.

Found this while browsing through old MUGEN sites. It should be noted that this was actually his very first character that he made, with its files dating back to 2002. Appears to be a spriteswap of Qkrtkf's Birdie. What's unique about it is that it was also first released with an English voicepack, unlike some of his other characters that he would release later on.
 
And it looks like the English voicepack for Warner's old version of his Homer by Meatball is already inside the character's folder while opening it, as far as I know. I may be wrong though.
