I cannot do that, every place I have shown info of Sonic Speed Fighters 2 says "The current roster is final, meaning no more characters will be added." Besides, if you or anyone else want a fan-character in my games, they have to: 1. Inspire me 2. Have *required* sprites. Those two who aren't mine were lucky enough to have those two things checked.
